Chiara, a Biomedical Sciences graduate from Brunel University and a Women's Health Research professional at Imperial College, is passionately exploring her interests in women's health, fitness, and equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Originally from Italy, Chiara transitioned from a background in languages and humanities to studying biomedical sciences, driven by her fascination with the human body and its resilience. An accomplished competitive athlete, she developed a strong sense of self-discipline and a deep appreciation for fitness.

Post-graduation in 2022, Chiara faced challenges in finding her career path, navigating insecurities and setbacks that led to a period of self-discovery. Through perseverance, courage, and reflection, she shifted her focus from conventional expectations to aligning her ambitions with her true passions.
