Hi! I'm Yulia, a 4th-year Aerospace Engineering MEng student at Brunel University.

I aspire to pursue careers in Motorsport as a race engineer and in Aerospace engineering.
I'm currently interning at Rolls Royce as an Engineering and Technology Intern, following a successful 7-week engineering internship at Kane International. Additionally, I have upcoming work experience with Motorola as part of my recognition as Mentee of the Year.

I'm an active member of Brunel Formula Student team, continuously enhancing my technical skills to support the team build and optimise the performance of our Electric car, set to race at Silverstone in summer 2024.

My STEM journey has been unconventional, marked by setbacks and rejection, yet my determination persevered, leading me to higher education in Aerospace Engineering.

I've been recognized for my resilience, as a finalist for Targetjobs UK's Undergraduate of the Year 2023 and winning Brunel University's Mentee of the Year 2023 award for Women in Engineering and Computing.

Now, I'm passionate about guiding young individuals into STEM careers as a STEM ambassador and with a focus on breaking barriers and promoting female representation in engineering and motorsport.
