About the Role
You are an expert and technically proficient producer, with a sound understanding of initial ideation and strategy through to scoping, visual design, development and delivery for a range of creative projects, specifically with a focus in digital, graphic and conceptual design and marketing with experience in video production a bonus.
You have a strong track record of successfully managing projects and processes and resourcing for teams to deliver ambitious projects. You’re an expert in developing strategies that are bespoke to client organisations. You are an adept manager of relationships - able to surface, explore and implement internal requirements from teams and senior stakeholders. You have experience working within a large organisation across various levels with many different key stakeholders.
You are an effective partner for organisations looking to deliver both fast-paced, high-quality projects. You thrive working in a fast-paced, ever changing, high performance environment. You are able to balance multiple stakeholders and external partnerships, exploring and effectively defining requirements and delivering on time. You understand the value of small and nimble teams, and are equally adept at managing
temporary resources and agencies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum four years of world-class creative production experience, with a blend of
experience across platforms: web, social, digital, print, experiential and video.
Experience working within a major technology company such as Google.
Experience working with an agency, either in-house or direct management.
A portfolio demonstrating work across various platforms.
Knowledge of project management softwares such as Asana.
About the Company
We are looking for a Producer to join the recently-established and growing Creative and Marketing team. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced and unusual environment, this role will be responsible for supporting the team's lead producer and wider design, editorial, social and content teams on a broad range of projects. This role will help manage efficient processes and run projects across various channels and platforms such as web, social, digital, print, experiential and video.
This role requires a tolerance for ambiguity, a commitment to executing at pace, and an understanding of the unique challenges of working within a technology and research-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will bring to bear their experience of owning and managing multiple work streams whilst coordinating cross functionally with various stakeholders at different levels of the business. They will define tactical requirements and scope for projects, and help to reinforce production best practices from creative briefing to launch.
