About the Role

Handle inbound and outbound service calls on warm leads
Sell luxury cruise packages and related add-on products
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Meet and exceed established phone and sales performance targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Willingness to work UK evenings to align with US market hours, including one Saturday per month
