About the Role
Dawsons Auctioneers is seeking a highly skilled, and experienced Digital Creator to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will have a proven background in managing company social media accounts, including paid social media advertising, and a track record of growing a YouTube channel. This role requires an energetic and creative individual with a strong aptitude for content creation and digital marketing, capable of working closely with our specialists in jewellery, art, and collectables to produce engaging content for various marketing channels.
Manage and oversee all company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
Develop and implement strategies to grow our YouTube channel and enhance engagement across all social media platforms.
Create compelling content that showcases our expertise in jewellery, art, and antiques.
Utilise your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, to edit and assemble video content, create graphic designs, and produce high-quality marketing materials.
Own and grow the company’s podcast channel.
Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing social media accounts and growing a YouTube channel.
Highly proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Strong background in content creation, with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of / or an interest in the art, jewellery, and collectables industry is a plus.
Two years’ experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing (preferred), Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing role.
