Mind UK (or Mind, as they are sometimes known as) is a charity focused on mental health within the United Kingdom (UK). Mind offers a variety of services that advise and support individuals and empower those facing any mental health problem. In addition to this, Mind campaign and raise awareness of understanding the importance of mental health (and looking after your wellbeing). Throughout the pandemic, Mind has produced resources for both individuals and workplaces to ensure mental health is still looked after during this time. Mind also pledged to be an anti-racist organisation and have stated ways they will be improving representation.
