Learn more about Naomi “Nai” Andrews

Naomi “Nai” Andrews is a Fashion PR consultant and the founder of ALT WORLD, a platform dedicated to amplifying and celebrating BIPOC and POC-led brands.
Her love for fashion was sparked in many ways — from watching her Nigerian mother build a business around buying and reselling pieces, to wandering through Harrods as a child in search of escape, to obsessively rewatching The Devil Wears Prada. Fashion became her safe space: a world where she could express herself freely, regardless of the chaos around her.
As Naomi’s career began to take shape, she quickly noticed the elitist and exclusionary undercurrents of the fashion industry. What should have been a playful, creative, and exciting field often left her with a sour taste. This realization pushed her to dedicate her work not only to brand building, but also to advocacy — championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
With a professional background in organizational business management and change strategy, Naomi blends sharp strategic thinking with cultural insight. She understands what it feels like to be an outsider in fashion — someone who didn’t study at elite schools or come from wealth — and she uses that perspective to drive conversations, curate opportunities, and build community. From hosting bioconversations on Clubhouse to consulting for global brands, Naomi is committed to reshaping the industry into a more inclusive and accessible space for the next generation of creatives.
