She is a qualified coach who specialises in helping people rediscover their leadership qualities and develop better relationships with themselves and others. Ashleigh is passionate about sitting in the "mess" with people, gently supporting them to delve deeper into the parts of themselves they cannot see so that they can align with the person they want to become.

Ashleigh's journey navigates becoming independent at 16, then establishing careers in two contrasting fields by the age of 30 and now, balancing her passion of running a coaching business alongside a full-time career in the homeless sector.
