Learn more about Giovanna Vieira

Giovanna Vieira Co is a sustainable fashion entrepreneur transforming the industry by merging technology, ethics, and circularity. A London College of Fashion alumna with over a decade of experience, she has worked with global brands including Selfridges, Louis Vuitton, and Ganni. In 2019, she founded THE FASHION BLUEPRINT (TFB)—a consulting agency supporting independent designers and micro-businesses from underrepresented backgrounds. Backed by JP Morgan, Innovate UK, and a year-long Morgan Stanley Incubator at Somerset House, TFB has grown into a community of over 6,000 fashion entrepreneurs. In 2024, Giovanna launched FASHION UPCYCLERS, an AI-powered platform tackling waste colonialism by connecting brands with circular supply chain solutions.
TFB is rooted in Giovanna’s lived experience. Growing up in Lisbon, she was exposed to the world of fashion and separately, to the world of environmental activism from an early age. After moving to London as a teenager, she entered the fashion industry and witnessed the immense scale of waste behind the scenes. With roots in West Africa, she also understood the environmental and social cost of fashion’s waste dumping in the Global South. THE FASHION BLUEPRINT as an organisation is the expression of her somewhat unique upbringing, her purpose and her vision for the future.
