Sophie Arinde (she/her) is a community-driven creative and the founder of The Kollab Network, an organisation dedicated to connecting entry-level creatives with paid opportunities, funding and events. Through workshops, events, and digital resources, she equips young people with the skills, confidence, and access needed to break into creative careers. Alongside this, her podcast OPN TABS creates space for honest conversations, community building, and academic exploration, centring her experience as a young Black woman.
