Hello I’m Ashling!

I am an Equity, Diversity and inclusion (EDI) manager. I graduated from the university of Nottingham from my first degree in Sociology and then completed my masters degree in Human Resource Management from the Open University whilst working full time at Brunel University!

During my time at Brunel, I was Brunel’s first Anti racism officer where I was responsible for developing and delivering anti racism training to academic staff. I then began a role in the EDI/ Organisational Development team as EDI associate partner and now I have joined City University as EDI manager
