Speaker Page - Natalie Narh (NewComma)

Natalie Narh is passionate about building long-term infrastructure for African and Black creatives to thrive economically, culturally, and globally, without needing to compromise their identity or location to succeed.

She leads a dual practice as Founder and Creative Director of Latch Partners and Co-Founder and CEO of NewComma, two ventures that reflect her commitment to both creating world-class work and enabling others to do the same. Through NewComma, she builds tools, platforms, and opportunities that support thousands of African and Black creatives across the continent and diaspora. Through Latch Partners, Natalie maintains her personal creative practice, working hands-on with founders and brands to develop strategy-led campaigns, brand identities, and culturally grounded storytelling.

Previously, Natalie was a Social Content Creative at Ogilvy UK, where she worked on campaigns for major brands including TikTok, Škoda, Mattel, and British Airways. She also served as Co-Chair of Ogilvy Roots, the agency’s network focused on advancing racial and cultural inclusion. At influencer agency Billion Dollar Boy, she developed creative strategies for campaigns with L’Oréal, Sainsbury’s, PepsiCo, Nintendo, and Clarks.

Her creative skillset spans graphic design, creative direction, 2D animation, photography, videography, and digital strategy. Natalie has served on juries for the D&AD New Blood Awards (2020 and 2025), the Creative Review Annual (2022), and the BIMA 100 (2022). She was recognised in Campaign Magazine’s 30 Women in Advertising (2021) and named twice in the EMpower 100 Ethnic Minority Future Leaders list supported by Yahoo Finance (2020 and 2021).

Natalie has spoken on panels and stages for organisations including Google, Meta, Foundervine, Cloudflare, ZEMELT, Ogilvy, Kwanda, and Retail Week Live. Through storytelling, product design, and community building, she continues to shape creative ecosystems that centre and elevate African and Black talent, both as a practitioner and a platform builder.
